As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to pause and reflect.

It’s been our most successful year yet, and one defined by collaboration, curiosity, and trust.

We’re incredibly grateful to the teams who invited us into their products, their challenges, and their decision-making. This year reminded us that meaningful progress happens when smart people work openly together.

The Year in Collaboration

This year, we had the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries and product challenges.

From large-scale platforms like Booking.com and Zalando, to complex operational products at ClaimsHub, and innovative genomics and health-tech companies such as Muhdo Health, SPTLabtech, we saw how thoughtful design can create clarity in very different contexts.

One theme stood out clearly: health tech is quickly becoming one of the most exciting spaces for design innovation, where data, science, and human impact meet, and where getting design decisions right truly matters.

A Year of Design Sprints & AI Questions

Over the course of the year, we ran multiple Design Sprints with teams across different industries and countries. While the challenges varied, they all shared one fundamental question:

How do we introduce AI into products in a way people can trust  without removing the human from the loop?

Again and again, we saw the value that Design Sprints bring, consistently helping teams get clarity on the real challenges before they invest months of time and significant budgets.

And sometimes, the impact is best summed up by the teams themselves:

2025 by the numbers

🟨 Post-it notes used in Sprints: 10 243

(and at least one sprint where the wall simply ran out of space)

🎨 Collective Hours spent in Figma: ~9,001

(mostly in dark mode, often while saying “just one more tweak”)

🧪 User interviews & tests run: 92

(plus countless moments of “how do I share my screen?”)

🧠 Design Sprints facilitated: 10

(each one wrestling with the same question: where does AI help and where should humans stay in control?)

🗺 Industries worked across: fashion, marketplaces, logistics, hospitality & travel, genomics, health tech, bio-tech and life sciences, investments, financial and ad-tech

🌍 Time zones navigated: PST → CET → GMT → EIST → CST → BST → IST → GST → EST

(calendar Tetris, mastered)

☕ Coffees consumed during calls: immeasurable

(but directly correlated with better workshops)

💬 Most common phrase we heard from our clients:

“We know you are good, we didn’t know you are that fast”

Until Next Time

To our clients, partners, and collaborators, thank you for trusting us, challenging us, and staying open to the messy middle of the process and being a part of our journey for our most successful year yet.

For now, we hope you get a chance to slow down, recharge, and celebrate your own wins, big and small.

See you in 2026!
