We’ve hit the ground running this year! Q1 has been filled with new clients and projects, including a new community-driven, e-commerce pet app that we’ve loved helping to get app store-ready. Alongside that, we’ve also introduced something new of our own, a 5-day Mini Audit designed to help you understand where your product really stands from either a customer, strategic, tech or AI lens.

Solutions in 5 days - meet our Mini Audit

As product strategists, we keep seeing the same problem: companies spend huge amounts of time and money fixing the wrong things. With the right insights from the start, your issues could be solved much earlier on.

That’s exactly why we created our 5-day Mini Audit. It’s designed for companies who lack clear strategy or alignment, or need real user data fast- that are not just based on assumptions. In five days, we help you understand what’s really working, what isn’t, and where the biggest business opportunities are for your customer experience. Better products don’t start with bigger budgets - they start with clarity and better decisions to help you move faster.

Projects we have been building - and loving

Throughout Q4 2025 and Q1 2026 we’ve completed some Design Sprints for US and German based companies. One for a SaaS Biotech and life-sciences platform for Cap-Table Management and Valuations in SF, and another for a community-driven e-commerce pet app that is getting store ready as we speak. We couldn’t be more proud of both- as soon as they launch, you’ll be the first to hear about it.

Closer to home, we’ve also helped a brand new Fintech Start-up in Berlin, strategise their MVP whilst also supported Germany’s biggest clothing brand, with our largest audit to date of their corporate website. This was a 6-week project which included an AI and Technical aspect in addition to UX and Design heuristics.

AI in Design - staying ahead (without losing the human touch)

AI is changing how products are designed faster than ever. Though it is incredibly helpful in many ways, AI - generated interfaces can often feel generic or rushed. For users, this can quickly affect how much they trust and value a product. That’s why we’ve been focused on using AI to support our work, not replace the thinking behind it. One of our recent user testers said about a prototype;

“Today I see a lot of vibe code-ish UIs, and this doesn’t feel like that at all — so it’s really good.”

Hearing that our design didn’t feel like that was the best feedback we could get — proof that thoughtful, human-centred design still stands out.

That’s a wrap for Q1

A big thank you to all the teams we’ve worked with so far this year — your trust keeps us busy, inspired, and constantly learning.

With new projects already underway and more launches coming soon, 2026 is off to a fast (and exciting) start. Here’s to helping more teams build products people genuinely love using.

Thank you!
