The Challenge
We kicked off the engagement with an intensive Design Sprint to turn the founders’ vision into something tangible, fast. Mylo started as a strong idea, but needed a clear product direction, experience, and narrative that could be shared with early users, investors, and partners. The goal was not just to define the product, but to create something real enough to test, validate, and build momentum. The core challenge was solving a familiar problem for pet owners: finding advice they can trust. Existing solutions like forums, blogs, and search are fragmented, overwhelming, and often unreliable. Mylo needed to deliver instant, relevant recommendations grounded in real experiences, while feeling simple, engaging, and human from the very first interaction. This meant shaping not just the product, but also how Mylo shows up to users as a trusted companion, not just another content platform.
