With over 25 years of experience in digital product design for mobile experiences, Rob, founder of LEAP, is an expert in design, strategy, and business innovation. In the last decade, he helped some of the world's biggest brands, like American Express, AMG, Bain&Co, Google, HSBC, McKinsey, Mercedes, etc. His extensive offering includes aligning teams, validating business assumptions, and solving complex digital challenges using the Design Sprint methodology.

Bálint Csizmadia
Still in his 20s but with over five years of experience in the digital product design field, Bálint is an expert in building delightful products that let businesses thrive, developing design systems that scale, and designing high-fidelity prototypes ready to build. In the last five years, he created products in the following categories: Cryptocurrency, FinTech, Healthcare, Government, Education, and Virtual Reality.
